बुजुर्ग लोग पौधों की तरह होते हैं। जहाँ कुछ लोग बेकार हो जाते हैं या गलत राह पकड़ लेते हैं, वहीं कुछ बेहद खूबसूरत तरीके से खिल उठते हैं। मेरा मानना है कि सौंदर्य प्रतियोगिताएं केवल सत्तर वर्ष से अधिक आयु के लोगों के लिए ही आयोजित की जानी चाहिए। जब हम युवा होते हैं, तो हमारे पास वह चेहरा और रूप होता है जो भगवान ने हमें दिया है। अपनी खूबसूरती के लिए हमने कुछ नहीं किया होता। लेकिन जैसे-जैसे हम बड़े होते हैं, हमारा व्यक्तित्व हमारे चेहरे पर झलकने लगता है। खूबसूरत बुजुर्ग किसी कलाकृति जैसे होते हैं। किसी पवित्र स्थान पर जलती सफेद मोमबत्ती की तरह, बुजुर्ग चेहरे की सुंदरता होती है।
