लाभांश (dividend) देने वाले शेयरों की अच्छी बात यह है कि, सबसे पहले तो आपके पास शेयर होते हैं, जो कि थोड़ी-बहुत महंगाई होने पर वास्तविक संपत्ति साबित होते हैं। मुझे लगता है कि महंगाई दर 2%, 3% या शायद 4% रहेगी। यह शेयरों के लिए एक बेहतरीन स्थिति है। कंपनियाँ ऐसी स्थिति में अच्छा प्रदर्शन करती हैं। इससे उन्हें चीज़ों के दाम तय करने की ताक़त मिलती है। उनकी संपत्तियों का मूल्य कीमतों के साथ बढ़ता है। मुझे उस महंगाई से कोई डर नहीं है।

That's a sweet spot for stocks. Corporations do well with that. It gives them pricing power. Their assets move up with prices. I'm not fearful of that inflation.
