जिम जाना और वर्कआउट करना तो आसान था, लेकिन खाना उससे कहीं ज़्यादा मुश्किल था। मुझे हर दो घंटे में कुछ न कुछ खाना पड़ता था। एक समय तो ऐसा आया जब मेरे ट्रेनर ने मुझसे कहा, 'जो मिले मुँह में ठूँस लो। मैकडॉनल्ड्स जाओ, सबसे बड़ा शेक ले आओ। मुझे बस तुम्हारे शरीर में कैलोरी पहुँचाानी है।' क्योंकि उस समय मेरे शरीर में वसा (body fat) सिर्फ साढ़े सात प्रतिशत ही रह गई थी।

The actual getting into the gym and working out process was easier, but the eating was harder. I had to eat every two hours. At one point, my trainer said, 'Put anything in your mouth. Go to McDonald's, get the biggest shake possible. I just need to get calories in you.' Because my body fat at the time was only, like, seven and a half percent.

एक समय मुझे अपने शरीर में कैलोरी बढ़ाने के लिए ज़रूरत से ज़्यादा खाना ठूँसना पड़ता था। मेरे ट्रेनर चाहते थे कि मैं दिन में छह बार खाना खाऊँ और बिना खाए दो घंटे से ज़्यादा न रहूँ। अगर मैं एक दिन भी डाइट में गड़बड़ी कर देता, तो उसका असर तुरंत दिखता - मेरा वज़न तुरंत कम हो जाता था।

At one point I had to shove as much food in my body as possible to pack on calories. My trainer wanted me to do six meals a day and not go two hours without eating. If I would cheat on eating one day, I could tell - I'd drop a few pounds.

I was exercising so hard that I began to lose weight.

मेरा संगीत का स्वाद बहुत अजीब और बेतरतीब है... मेरा मतलब है, मैं कोई गाना सुनता हूँ, उसके प्रति पूरी तरह जुनूनी हो जाता हूँ और फिर तुरंत अगले गाने पर बढ़ जाता हूँ। यह बहुत ही अनिश्चित सा है।

I am so crazy with my music taste and I'm so .... I mean, I'll listen to a song. I'll become obsessed with it and then I'm on to the next one. It's just very inconsistent.
